We’ve been visited by that Great White Stuff overnight. A foot of it by my reckoning of a foot being about the height of a cinder block doorstep.

Tomorrow (Monday) will be a high fuel usage day because the library will not be open at all and my day job is now ensuring the Survival Capsule (it feels like that these days!) doesn’t disappear without me. [Again.]

I have about one litre of methyl hydrate on hand and would like to avail myself of the savings that getting it at Home Depot in Park Royal would provide, had I the freedom and ability to get there and drag 2 x 4L jugs back to the island.

Home Depot’s website attests to a bunch of these in stock at Park Royal.

[ This price is about 2/3 cost (before tax) of same on island. Just so’s ya know… ]

I was good this past month so Daddy Fed Bucks sent my allowance and I can reimburse whomever can pick them up for me. E-Interac is easiest, but cash can be arranged.

Please respond here or by email (probative AT substack DOT com) if you’re able willing to procure these for me within the next couple of days. Storage is an issue in Tiny Tim (the van) so two is loads for now.
