This note was left on van on Wednesday June 29th sometime while I was on mainland getting supplies that now are lost to me by BIM's theft of same while I was back on mainland for same reasons Thursday June 30th (yesterday and day before if reading today - July 1st)

Apparently talking has now become stealing my property. And proposing a solution was never the intention. This is abuse, plain and simple. Local government is fascist and gaining sense they are doing as electorate wants them to by community indifference and cowardice.

FU BIM. And the slugs you slither on.
